Clive Flashman has a portfolio of roles including running his own consulting practice, Director of Strategy at ORCHA, and Digital Innovation Adviser at NHS SC&W CSU. He is past President of the Digital Health Council of the Royal Society of Medicine, and a mentor for the NHS Clinical Entrepreneurship Programme. He has a strong background and interest in digital transformation in health and care. He helped establish the National Patient Safety Agency where he designed a national Knowledge System for patient safety, facilitated a WHO committee, chaired a global HL7 patient safety group and sat on the NHS Information Standards Board and NHS National Knowledge Service. Clive mentors on a number of Digital Health Accelerators, and is currently a visiting lecturer in Digital Health at the University of Cumbria.
